Turnkey means end to end interior execution: we carry the whole job and hand back a finished home. One contract covers design, materials and procurement, every trade on site, project management and supervision, then styling and handover. You deal with us, not with eleven vendors.

What turnkey actually removes

The alternative to turnkey is coordinating it yourself: a designer for drawings, a carpenter, an electrician, a plumber, a false ceiling contractor, a painter, and a separate search for every material. Each works to a different schedule and none of them is accountable for the result. Most of the homes we are called into started that way.

With a single point of accountability, sequencing becomes our problem rather than yours. Electrical goes in before the ceiling closes. Carpentry is measured against site conditions rather than the original drawing. When something is discovered behind a wall, it gets resolved without a negotiation about whose scope it was.

What turnkey covers

When you hire an interior designer in Pune on a turnkey basis, the scope should be unambiguous. As turnkey interior contractors we carry all of it, so you are not assembling it from separate trades:

• Modular kitchens, custom wardrobes and bespoke furniture built to your layout
• False ceilings, cove and profile lighting design

How the money works

You get a line-item quote before any work begins — not a lump sum. Every element is priced separately, so you can see what the kitchen costs against the wardrobes, and remove or defer a line if you want to. As a guide, a full 2 BHK interior runs ₹12–16 lakh and a full 3 BHK ₹16–21 lakh, depending on scope, materials and finishes. Duplex and 4 BHK projects are quoted on scope.

Because the quote is itemised, changes during the project are visible rather than absorbed. If you upgrade a counter or add a unit, you see what it adds before it is ordered.

Ten to twelve weeks, on a dated plan

A full home runs 10–12 weeks from concept to final styling, against a dated plan you can hold us to. The stages are Discover, Conceptualize, Design and plan, Select and finalize, Execute, then Deliver and stylize. Site supervision is regular rather than occasional, with quality checks and progress shared as it happens.

What ends the project matters as much as what starts it: a deep clean, the styling actually done rather than left to you, the snag list closed, and a care manual handed over so you know how to look after what has been built.

The look, not a house style

We are not a single-aesthetic studio. Some clients want elegant, classic home interiors; others want warm contemporary interiors, transitional schemes that sit between the two, or high-end residential work closer to modern luxury. Bespoke home styling at handover is what makes any of them feel finished rather than installed.
